Empleaverde program

The Spanish Road Association (AEC), with the aim of improving opportunities for vulnerable professionals by providing them with tools aimed at avoiding the depopulation of rural areas by favouring rural tourism, adapting infrastructures to climate change and effectively managing resources in the field of the road sector through the Circular Economy, is going to carry out, in the context of the Empleaverde Programme, three free online training actions through its training platform.

DESCRIPTION: These are:

  • COURSE ON TECHNIQUES FOR THE ADAPTATION OF ROADS TO CLIMATE CHANGE.
  • TECHNICIAN COURSE IN RURAL TOURISM, LANDSCAPE AND ENVIRONMENTAL ROUTES.
  • COURSE ON WASTE MANAGEMENT IN THE ROAD AND ROAD TRANSPORT SECTOR.

The estimated duration of the courses is 30 hours online + 8 hours in streaming. Applicants to participate in these training actions must meet the following basic requirement:

  • Self-employed or self-employed workers resident in any of the following Autonomous Communities: Andalusia, Asturias, Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura and Galicia.

At the end of the course, the corresponding diplomas will be issued to certify the use of the course. In addition, students will be able to participate in a Workshop on entrepreneurship and personal development, which allows attendees to develop new skills (communication in public, etc.) that can help them to obtain labor benefits (job well-being, salary improvement, leadership, etc.).
