OBJECTIVE: The aim of the project is to promote job creation, local development and labour insertion of unemployed young people through training and work placements in the green economy sector.

THEME: The theme of the project is renewable energies.

DESCRIPTION: The project includes training courses for unemployed people and complementary social innovation actions. The philosophy of the project is to improve the possibilities of insertion through training, and intermediation with companies in the sector and as a social innovation the accompaniment to insertion is proposed, the support of the Municipal Placement Agency.

This project will be developed simultaneously in Malaga and Ciudad Real and two training actions will be carried out, each of them aimed at 35 students in the online modality and a face-to-face course for 30 people. The project will train 100 people in total. The teletraining courses will last approximately 300 hours, the face-to-face course will last 25 hours and will be complemented with actions aimed at companies belonging to the green economy.
