CHANGE MAKERS is an initiative to support the improvement of employability aimed primarily at young women through simulation processes, using agile Lean Startup – Scrum methodologies and collaborative learning by projects (collaborative economy). Its purpose is to acquire a qualification in auditing specialized in production chains (circular economy 2.0.) to facilitate the labor insertion of participants. In line with the above, CHANGE MAKERS is organised into THREE phases of action (following the measures provided for in the Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Strategy):
· PHASE I: IMPROVEMENT OF INTERMEDIATION. Marketing and dissemination plan consisting of actions to attract on the one hand collaborating companies (82), and participants (82).· PHASE II: IMPROVEMENT OF EMPLOYABILITY. Comprehensive training itinerary (60 hours) with three areas:
- Innovative qualification in the field of circular economy 2.0. that combines the principles of auditing and quality, with the optimization of the value chain of organizations (especially incidence of the agri-food sector) to improve the sustainable economic and environmental development of companies.
- Agile “Lean” – “Scrum” – “Kanban” methodologies, for the development of process and production management in the value chain (based on new technologies) that optimizes production processes (through its value increase methodology) and is essential to competently manage the value chain of any organization.
- Essential personal skills to improve the employability of the participants, such as: Personal branding, team building, communication, etc.
· PHASE III: IMPROVEMENT OF HIRING. Knowledge of the labour market in a real context (visits to companies): information on how to carry out initiatives in companies that provide a job as an employee (intrapreneurship). 20 job placements for self-employment or employment.
CHANGE MAKERS has been designed to fill a gap in the implementation of comprehensive itineraries of labour insertion specialised in sustainable development, which discover, train, advise and accompany young unemployed women and thus complement the measures that currently exist in the autonomous communities of Galicia and Asturias. We also consider the project a pilot test so that in subsequent calls it can be converted into a European Project for the qualification of the following training: Environmental Auditor in Value Chain Optimization.
