The main objective of the project is to promote sustainable food systems in the municipalities and regions of the province, highlighting the economic and social development potentialities that they entail and promoting the creation of employment and the fixation of population through the opportunities offered by food sustainability. In addition, it aims to have an impact on all links in the food chain through training and job creation: organic production, food processing, logistics and marketing, catering and the Horeca channel (hotels, restaurants and catering), sustainable tourism, conscious and local consumption, the fight against food waste, healthy and sustainable diets.
