OBJECTIVE: To train people in the area of Just Transition and Ecological Transformation

DESCRIPTION: This project puts into practice an innovative training and experiential initiative in which the unemployed participants connect with their responsible, creative and innovative spirit to create solutions that become projects of interest to third-party employers.

The training will also include the presentation of the tool for measuring the Social Footprint that COPADE has developed and that allows measuring the social impact that a business activity has in its environmentThe proposal we propose is to carry out a total of 4 face-to-face workshops aimed at 26 unemployed people each with social innovation dynamics under the Grashopper® methodology. Each workshop will last 16 face-to-face hours spread over 2 days.

The 26 attendees per workshop will allow the formation of working groups of 5 people that will be able to develop initiatives or projects. After the face-to-face course, a personalized and remote accompaniment will be carried out to the recipients for another 8 hours to guide these initiatives that are going to be developed.

In total, a program of 24 hours of training per person (16 hours of face-to-face training and 8 hours of advice or accompaniment). The process includes an individual evaluation in a way that allows us to define who successfully passes it.

AIMED AT: Unemployed people in Murcia; Malaga and Seville (Andalusia), and Badajoz (Extremadura).
