The general objective of the project is to contribute to the improvement of the environmental and food quality of life of the population in rural areas.

To this end, it is intended to add value to organic primary production, offering training, advice and exchange of knowledge and experiences between owners, operators and employees of the agri-food industry, willing to undertake the conversion of their companies towards a sustainable transformation system that respects the environment and the local culture where it is located, in accordance with the principles of the organic transformation and production method mentioned in the regulations of EU 834/2007.
The project offers training on organic agribusiness, lasts one year and takes place in almost the entire Spanish state. It proposes the implementation of a training and training program to reinforce the knowledge and skills of small and medium-sized operators and technicians in the agribusiness and marketing sector, in the field of organic processing.
To this end, a total of eleven actions will be carried out, of which six are distance training. The project starts with the establishment of an advisory and support service, which launches the awareness campaign with talks aimed at small-scale agribusiness actors.
