Ecobios Next: Cultivating a Sustainable Future

The Ecobios Next project: cultivating a sustainable future is an initiative promoted by Sinerxia Consultora within the framework of the Empleaverde+ Programme of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge. Its main objective is the education and training of unemployed people and workers in the field of green employment, focusing on sectors linked to the production, marketing and distribution of organic products.
The project will be developed between 2025 and 2026 in rural municipalities in Extremadura, Galicia and Andalusia, with a special focus on areas of high ecological value such as biosphere reserves and the Natura 2000 Network.
In addition, Ecobios Next will promote the creation of collaborative networks between local producers and participants, facilitating their integration into local and regional value chains. Through specialized advice and meetings with the business sector, the project seeks to consolidate a sustainable rural development model that promotes new job opportunities and reinforces environmental conservation.

- Promotion of sustainable rural development: To promote environmentally friendly agricultural and commercial practices in rural municipalities in Galicia, Extremadura and Andalusia.
- Promotion of entrepreneurship and employability: To facilitate the employment of participants in emerging sectors of green employment, linking them with local companies and producers.
- Conservation and enhancement of the natural environment: Integrate learning about biodiversity and sustainable management of natural resources into training, promoting its application in environments of high ecological value.
- Strengthening the marketing of organic products: Support the development of distribution and marketing strategies to increase the presence of sustainable products in the market.
- Collaborative networking: Generate synergies between producers, entities and professionals in the sector to boost the local economy and strengthen the green productive fabric.
The training, which will begin in May 2025, will combine face-to-face and online sessions, addressing theoretical and practical knowledge in sustainable agriculture, biodiversity and ecological business strategies.
