PROJECT NAME: ECOEXPORTA: Innovation in the export strategy to the international retail channel for SMEs and micro-SMEs organic agri-food from natural areas/rural areas in Andalusia and Castilla-La Mancha: from your company to Europe.
OBJECTIVES: To improve the export of organic agri-food products from the natural areas/rural areas of Andalusia and Castilla la Mancha by developing an innovative international retail distribution channel through sales to specialised shops.
THEMES: The environmental issues addressed by the project are: Production, distribution and/or sale of ecological products.
DESCRIPTION: The project aims to improve the marketing/export of organic agri-food products from rural areas/natural areas of Andalusia and Castilla-La Mancha, through a training and advice itinerary for workers of organic production companies (primary: agricultural and livestock; secondary: processing), and salespeople/representatives who are in charge of selling them in specialized stores. These itineraries seek to improve export efficiency, placing special emphasis on products being adapted to the preferences of end customers/consumers and these are correctly interpreted to be purchased at a fair price.
