OBJECTIVE: The objective of the project is to promote the creation of employment linked to the green economy of unemployed people in Malaga in municipalities with less than 50,000 inhabitants, and especially those under 20,000 through training and social innovation.

THEMES: The project addresses various topics, such as: sustainable agriculture; production, distribution and/or sale of ecological products, sustainable mobility and sustainable tourism.

DESCRIPTION: Employment is one of the great problems of our society together with the reduction of pollution or the improvement of the impact of human activity on the natural environment, requiring the transformation of economic systems. The Spanish Activation Strategy for Employment indicates that the activities that have resisted the crisis and with growth prospects are, among others, agri-food and ecotourism. In this sense, this project complements the existing public policies in Cuenca and Malaga by offering resources to improve employability, especially for those with greater difficulties through the enhancement and care of natural and cultural heritage. To this end, training actions will be carried out in the environment, tourism, agriculture and mobility sectors accompanied by actions to improve skills and promoting contact with professional experiences in an environment that promotes a greener and more social economy.
