The project includes a complete training itinerary for the conversion towards green sectors. This itinerary not only focuses on group actions, such as technical training and awareness for equal opportunities, but also on individual accompaniment actions. Initial diagnoses will be carried out to assess the best options to improve employability, followed by individual sessions to work and put into practice all the necessary tools for a successful job search.
To ensure an adequate teaching-learning process and encourage active participation, innovative learning methodologies will be used, such as pedagogy based on “The Participant’s Journey”, cooperative learning, Project-Based Learning (PBL) and coaching applied to training. These methodologies will help participants gain confidence, know themselves, and be aware of their abilities and abilities.
In summary, the project seeks to transform these areas into drivers of innovation and sustainability, improving the employment and economic situation of the participants and having a long-range positive impact.
