Free training project to improve performance in the creation of new companies, take the initiative to create value within the company you are part of, and discover the latest in innovation and circular economy to be more proactive in generating new ideas and opportunities. For this purpose, cutting-edge methods for the design and creation of businesses based on the Circular Economy will be used with the objective of offering a set of notions, experiences and practical tools that will improve the knowledge and competence of the participants.

Green Smart Up is aimed at both active and unemployed workers, aims to improve the competencies of entrepreneurs in the creation of green business models through tools for the Circular Economy (232 h) and the exchange of knowledge with other EU actors. That is why a selection of the best 4 participants will enjoy a stay in Rennes (France), in the reference entity in the field of eco-innovation RETIS.

Two editions of this project will be held simultaneously, one in Murcia and the second in Cadiz:

• Block 1. 28-hour classroom training on green business models, circular economy and business project start-up. Subsequently, each student will develop a business case on a green business idea, through an online training of 204 hours tutored by experts.
• Block 2. EMPRENDE EUROPA: once the blended training is finished, the students of the Murcia and Cadiz editions will present their business project, from which the best four will be selected to participate in the 4-day stay in RETIS (France).
• Block 3. GREEN UP WEEKEND, an intense weekend open to all interested parties, in which entrepreneurs will contact investors and entrepreneurs with specialized mentors and coaches. In the project we have the collaboration of the INSTITUTO DE FOMENTO DE LA REGION DE MURCIA.
