OBJECTIVE: The objective of the project is to take advantage of the natural resources from the ecosystem of Extremadura and Castilla-La Mancha, as sources of new employability opportunities for workers, increasing their skills towards a green economy.

THEMES: The project consists of several training and advisory actions focused on three themes: sustainable forest management, rehabilitation and sustainable building, and sustainable tourism.

DESCRIPTION: The current project proposal aims to offer a series of tools focused on improving the skills and qualifications of self-employed and self-employed workers in green economy issues, having an impact on forest management, tourism and sustainable building and rehabilitation. To this end, the project aims to carry out several training and advisory actions, developing training courses and developing a network of mentors to advise participants in the subjects taught, highlighting the opportunities of agrotourism, bioclimatic architecture and sustainable forest management. It is a structured plan that aims to move towards sustainability and the green economy, adapting the qualifications of workers to the needs of the green market and promoting their professional progression.
