Empleaverde program

OBJECTIVE: The objective of the project is to create employment and obtain a qualification in areas related to the green economy (Nature and Cultural Heritage Tourism Guides) in disadvantaged rural environments for groups with greater difficulties in accessing the labor market.

THEME: The project addresses the issue of sustainable tourism.

DESCRIPTION: The Project aims to take advantage of the growth opportunities offered by natural tourism in the Aracena and Picos de Aroche National Park and the Río Tinto Protected Landscape, promote the creation of employment and the qualification of people with greater difficulties in accessing employment. It is part of the CREA line and foresees FPE actions: three training courses for Nature Guide and Heritage Interpretation, one for the Western area of the Natural Park, another for the Eastern area of the same Area and another for Municipalities of the Río Tinto Protected Landscape. In addition, it foresees three training workshops, two on signage and trail design in the Natural Park and another on “Photographic Rally Protected Landscape Rio Tinto”. The experiences learned will be collected in training products in electronic format. Finally, a training workshop on the experience developed for beneficiaries in the province of Badajoz, CA of Extremadura is planned.
