OBJECTIVE: The objective of the project is to create employment and improve skills and employability within the sectors linked to the Circular Economy. These sectors are all those related to natural resources.

THEME: The theme of the project will be the circular economy, which encompasses all sectors.

DESCRIPTION: The project seeks to improve the professional and curricular skills of unemployed people in a significant part of the Spanish territory through quality training in areas related to the Circular Economy. The aim of this improvement is to help find employment in the sectors that form part of the green sector of the Spanish economy. The circular economy is more than just waste management; it encompasses all sectors where resources are managed. Therefore, we propose a comprehensive project that covers not only waste management but also all aspects related to better resource management, including resources in natural areas. The project is based on the experience of the project aimed at workers that we are developing during 2018 “Improving the qualification and employability of workers in environmental sectors linked to the Circular Economy” and in which we have detected a great reception of this project in the sectors involved. In this case, the project has been modified and adapted to the unemployed who can improve their ability to obtain quality employment in one of these sectors, and the type of courses and the areas where they are offered have been expanded.
