OBJECTIVE: The objective is to improve the capacity and aptitude of workers in the environmental sector in those areas that are going to have a rapid development linked to the new trends of the circular economy.

DESCRIPTION: The project seeks to train workers who work in companies or institutions with competences in environmental aspects in new technologies and approaches linked to the circular economy. These new trends are mainly related to gardening, pest control, waste, environmental certifications, life cycle analysis and energy efficiency.

It is based on training actions, with up-to-date and modern themes, on social innovation actions, especially on the sharing of problems and innovative solutions and on advice on specialised topics. The project must ensure that employees acquire current knowledge on all topics related to the circular economy.
