OBJECTIVE: To seize the opportunities offered by the green transition to create green jobs

DESCRIPTION: The magnitude of the changes needed to achieve a fair ecological transition that generates green and quality employment in Spain exceeds the capabilities of any single actor and sector. For this reason, it is necessary for the agents who are leading the ecological transition and the agents involved in the processes of accompaniment towards employment to work in a coordinated manner, introducing a more systemic view of the transition.

In this sense, the Innovation Platform for Green and Quality Employment (PIEVC) seeks to take advantage of the opportunities offered by ecological transition initiatives to create green and quality employment in vulnerable groups through a collaboration model that improves the integration of all actors involved in the labour insertion process.

The PIEVC will be aimed at a group of 60 unemployed people in vulnerable situations (under 30 years of age and over 45 years of age), of which at least 50% of participants will be women.
