The objective of this project is to contribute to the creation of companies linked to sustainable development in depopulated and/or rural areas with special attention to disadvantaged social groups. The format chosen is the Labs, in which the innovative experience of training and accompaniment will be combined.
DESCRIPTION
The Labs Sustains Rural project aims to create companies with new lines of business to recover areas that are in economic regression due to rural depopulation and with a high ecological value in Extremadura and Andalusia.
The project encompasses different actions to facilitate access to information and training for entrepreneurs in rural areas. There will be 4 integrating Labs with social and environmental impact, which promote sustainable businesses and generate activities of environmental value. Each Lab will have 9 actions: 1 mixed individual counseling, 2 face-to-face group counseling, 6 mixed training. Synergies and opportunities will also be identified between the people who participate.
Collaborative dynamics will be used as part of the Demoday, inspiring visits and talks with consolidated people from the world of entrepreneurship. The Design Thinking, Lean Startups and Ecocanvas methodology will be applied. This itinerary will guarantee the acquisition of the necessary skills for entrepreneurs to successfully face the process of undertaking and creating a company.
