The Empleaverde Programme is an initiative of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO) through which it carries out its activity as an Intermediate Body of the Employment, Training and Education Operational Programme (POEFE) of the European Social Fund (ESF) for the 2014-2020 programming period. The purpose of this programme is to support projects whose objective is to promote the creation and improvement of employment in economic activities related to the environment. This particular call focuses on improving the professional skills and abilities of workers in sustainability.
How will this improvement in sustainability skills be achieved? Through training courses. And this is where we, Grupo Método, come in. Within the 2020 Improvement Call, the Biodiversity Foundation finances the project ‘Minimization of environmental impact in epidemics and pandemics through training, EPIDE-MENOS’.
The training courses are part of the project “Minimization of the environmental impact in epidemics and pandemics through training” (EPIDE‐MENOS), included in the framework of the Empleaverde Program, an initiative through which the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO) develops its activity as an Intermediate Body of the Employment Operational Program.
