The aim of the Nature Hub is to renature agricultural ecosystems, promoting regenerative, holistic practices and nature-based solutions, in order to improve the key competences for the ecological transition of the recipients.
The aim is to contribute to the production of quality regenerative, sustainable and/or ecological agricultural and livestock products and to transmit approaches and processes that use the principles of nature to solve problems of agricultural and livestock management: adaptation to climate change, resource management, water, food security, air and soil quality, etc., in order to improve quality employment in rural areas in the face of the ecological transition.
The following will be implemented:
A total of 700 net participants (unemployed and working people) will be reached, through the following actions:
– 90 distance training actions through the e-learning platform, for active and unemployed professionals around four blocks:
– 15 accompaniments/advice for labor insertion and entrepreneurship.
– 40 communities of practice. Face-to-face actions aimed at the unemployed and workers, for the use of the knowledge acquired in training and networking among participants.
