– Improve the skills of unemployed young people that respond to the challenges and opportunities linked to the ecological transition aimed at facilitating access to the labour market and promoting professional retraining and entrepreneurship.
– Contribute to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals: 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15 of the 2030 Agenda.
– To acquire and/or improve the professional skills of 12 unemployed people, through training in alternation with employment. It is about learning by working, through a training and employment itinerary, carrying out works and/or services related to the Certificate of Professionalism that defines each itinerary.
– To provide complementary and transversal training to participants in order to improve their employability by developing hard and soft skills, enhancing their personal, social and professional competences that will allow them to adapt to changes in the labour market and to new organisational and technological models from sustainability, biodiversity, green employment and, in short, in the achievement of the 2030 Agenda, training and working on new sources of employment and challenges from a gender perspective.
-Carry out works or services for the design, development and evaluation of environmental education activities in the Municipality of Oviedo, adapted to the different groups and needs, promoting habits that ensure the conservation of biodiversity and the transformation of our municipality towards a sustainable, low-carbon economy that is resilient to climate change.
-To produce synergies with other entities in pursuit of sustainable development and with the population of the municipality.
