OBJECTIVE: The objective of the project is to promote the sustainability of economic activities in all sectors, the integration of biodiversity in management and business processes, the transition to a low-carbon economy and a more efficient use of natural resources.

THEME: The theme of the project will be sustainable agriculture and livestock, efficient water management, sustainable forest management, management, environmental improvement and eco-innovation in industry or business.

DESCRIPTION: The social challenges resulting from climate change represent a great opportunity to bet on the green economy. We are facing an urgent opportunity to incorporate these social response needs from any job. This is ProClima’s goal, to train unemployed people from Andalusia, Castilla-La Mancha and Extremadura to acquire differentiating competencies that will ensure them, on the one hand, a quality job, and on the other hand, to meet social and environmental needs and urgencies through their professional training. Linkage with climate and biodiversity conservation strategies and policies ProClima relies on the climate policies, strategies and action plans of the target regions, as well as on the preservation and enhancement of the Natura 2000 Network.
