Empleaverde+ program

The project provides a comprehensive training and recruitment programme, designed for participants to obtain the Certificate of Professionalism in Representation of Building Projects.

The aim is to train participants in the design and construction of low-energy homes, through the application of sustainable techniques and materials, in order to improve energy efficiency and promote environmental sustainability. By hiring participants, the aim is to apply the skills acquired during their training in real work environments.

  • To provide students with the skills to perform key functions in the field of management and execution of building projects with a sustainable approach, which addresses all technical, operational and legal aspects.
  • To improve the labour insertion of the participants, providing highly valued training in the labour market and establishing connections with companies in the sector.
  • Reduction of unemployment and social integration.
  • Asynchronous Online Training (480 hours):

Students will receive theoretical and practical training through an online platform in a flexible way. The contents will cover topics such as the interpretation of plans, technical drawing techniques, design software such as AUTOCAD, CYPE… and energy-efficient construction knowledge.

In addition, content on equality and soft skills will be given.

  • Internships in companies (120h)

Students will complete 120 hours of internships in companies, which will provide real experience in the work environment, facilitating the application of the knowledge acquired during the online training.

CONTRACTING

Students who have completed the certificate will be offered a 6-month contract in the companies adhering to the program.
