The objective is to contribute to the creation of companies that promote the economic reactivation and alternative development of regions based on economic sectors in regression, with special attention to disadvantaged social groups through the creation of 3 Reactive Labs.
DESCRIPTION
The project focuses on the creation of sustainable companies with new lines of business that promote economic reactivation and alternative development in the regions of Murcia and Castilla y León. The economy of these regions is mainly based on declining economic sectors such as agriculture, livestock and forestry, in addition to tourism. The Reactiva Lab aims to evolve from unsustainable development to a green model by identifying synergies and opportunities among the 23 participants who will attend the 3 planned labs. They combine innovative training and support actions for participating entrepreneurs who have a green business idea but who need to mature and validate it before launching it.
In this process of change, the new employment must be sustainable, local and of quality. It is considered essential to take into account all the actors affected by this change in economic model, providing solutions to workers from the old production model, so that they can relocate to other sectors, returning to being an active part of the labour market. In addition, special attention must be paid to equal opportunities between women and men, so that the conversion of production models carried out within the framework of the transition contributes to promoting employment on equal terms also based on renewable energies and the circular economy.
