OBJECTIVE: To provide training on recycling of automotive plastic components

DESCRIPTION: Currently the market trend is the increase of plastic parts in the automobile, with this it is possible to reduce the weight of vehicles, save on fuel consumption, absorb impacts in medium-scale accidents, economize on manufacturing costs. Currently a vehicle has 70% of its components made of plastic, when an accident occurs the current protocol is the automatic replacement of the parts with a new one.

An unparalleled historical moment is taking place to be able to integrate processes for the reuse of automotive plastic components into the market in a rapid way that directly impacts environmental and economic results, a crisis of spare parts supplies is looming due to lack of essential raw materials since the factories of original equipment for the assembly of new vehicles are suffering delays of months in vehicle deliveries due to this problem.

The 4 training actions aim to train participants to give a second life to plastic parts, allow the repair of parts and learn knowledge related to plastic, among other contents.
