OBJECTIVE: The objective of the project is to develop the internal consumption of organic food in Spain through the improvement of the training, in innovation, entrepreneurship and marketing, of the workers of organic companies and the implementation of Ecomarkets.
THEME: The project addresses the issue of production, distribution and/or sale of organic products.
DESCRIPTION; The development of the domestic consumption of organic food is decisive in many aspects. Historically, organic productions have been destined for the foreign market, but this is fluctuating and not all companies can access it, in addition to highlighting that there is a growing demand among national consumers that is not yet met. Favouring this development would ensure the future of green enterprises, especially SMEs and micro-SMEs, by strengthening the green business fabric and rural development.
The training will be carried out through 4 mixed courses. The phase through the e-learning platform will facilitate the acquisition of knowledge that, in the face-to-face phase, will be worked on through dynamics that will promote participation, the implementation of what has been learned and the exchange of experiences.
