The project aims to create green companies and improve the skills of entrepreneurs in the rural areas of Castilla la Mancha and Murcia through an integrated entrepreneurship itinerary.

DESCRIPTION

The LABs emprendeverde format has been chosen, in which complementary actions will be carried out to train people who do not yet have notions about how to found a business (ideation phase). The actions will be carried out rigorously (taking into account market trends, business management keys, etc.) and will focus on the green sectors with the greatest potential in rural areas.

The proposed actions will be complemented and enhanced with social action actions, such as making available a business simulator where students will be able to carry out virtually all the tasks related to the business world. Participants will be able to connect with entrepreneurs, consolidated companies and potential investors in an Interregional Meeting of Networking. The programme has a practical nature that is based on the real application of content, since students have to develop a training project based on the skills acquired during learning. In short, an innovative and transgressive project that incorporates novel elements in its development. A project that not only seeks to attract participants in isolation and theory, but also aims to put it into practice in the real environment with the help of existing green companies that have successfully gone ahead.
