OBJECTIVE: To improve employability in the field of sustainability and energy efficiency

DESCRIPTION: SOLAR GENERATES EMPLOYMENT is a project that will promote the training, training and advice of workers in rural territories of Castilla La Mancha with special interest in women and priority social groups with the primary purpose of creating stable and quality employment in the area of renewable energies. The project proposes two actions for 17 participants:

– Face-to-face training course action: participants will be prepared to be able to perform basic operations in the assembly and maintenance of renewable energy installations.

– Mixed advice and accompaniment action: a process of guidance, accompaniment and continuous motivation will be carried out in the personal and professional development of each participant/student.

Workers will participate for 9 months in a training course of 540 face-to-face hours (with theoretical and practical classes) and at the same time they will have accompaniment with a guidance tutor who will help them with employment opportunities in the area.
