AXIS: Improvement
LINE: Empleaverde
OBJECTIVE
The project aims to train, in regulatory, legal, technical and environmental matters, workers in the energy sector in the sustainable development of High Voltage infrastructures. Specifically, the design of power lines according to regulations, the carrying out of inspections and the introduction of measures to protect birds against collision and electrocution will be addressed.
DESCRIPTION
In addition to online and face-to-face training, the project also contemplates the search for synergies with the security forces in terms of preservation of the natural environment through accompanying visits. In addition, the participation of working groups in a state-of-the-art laboratory that investigates the impact of High Voltage Lines on the environment is planned. This technical conference will be held in the R+D+i laboratory of a manufacturer of High Voltage electrical material, with the aim of knowing the different types of supports, alternatives, technical aspects and means of proven effectiveness for the safeguarding of birds and their environment by minimizing the collision and electrocution of birds.
