OBJECTIVE: To improve employability and acquire new knowledge related to the New Economy

DESCRIPTION: This project focuses on Andalusia. Many national and international digital companies have opted for cities such as Malaga or Seville to set up their headquarters. Three groups will be formed based in Seville, Malaga and Granada. With experience in the first two, NESI Forum is committed to Granada as it can reach participants from more distant provinces.

During the 9 months of duration, participants will have access to individualized coaching sessions, which work as a thread to the entire itinerary. It is proposed that these sessions be developed interspersed with the rest of the actions.

The training will be carried out in person and online. Face-to-face training (in the three cities) will be the group’s first contact with the new economy applied to the technological field and soft skills. NESI Forum has nationally recognized experts who will explore the role of professionals in change and how the New Economy guides us in that change, as well as dealing with cutting-edge topics such as the influence of AI or Blockchain.

This itinerary is complemented by a Social Innovation action called Tech4Good by NESI. The action has an impact on the creation of value propositions from students on how to apply technology and sustainability in key sectors for the fight against the climate.
