Promote a comprehensive circular economy model in rural areas, which improves opportunities for employability and professional retraining through training for the acquisition of skills, aimed at unemployed and working people.
A total of 60 face-to-face, distance and mixed training actions are proposed, aimed at unemployed people, with the aim of achieving their labor insertion, improving employment and the development of municipalities to finally generate employment or the creation of companies related to the circular economy.
The training actions are complemented by 4 advisory actions to support the people participating in their employment or entrepreneurship plan through the following actions: advice to unemployed people, advice to workers, advice to entrepreneurs, accompaniment to internships and employment guidance to promote insertion in green employment.
19 communities of practice where participants will be able to share knowledge, tools and strategies that favor their employability, entrepreneurship and their situation in the labor market.
2 Social innovation actions that will try to generate new innovative models in the processes of training unemployed people, requalification of workers and support for entrepreneurs.
Monitoring of the participant and the project, so as to ensure the quality of the actions carried out and the achievement of the objectives in a timely manner.
Transversal communication and dissemination plan that will make visible the actions to be carried out and their results with an impact on traditional media (press, TV, websites) and with an impact on social networks, this being a loudspeaker with greater reach.
The TeQuieroVerde project aims to train 902 participants through 60 training actions, 19 communities of practice, 4 advisory activities and 2 social innovation actions:
The selection of women will be prioritized: 695 participants, of which 695 will be residents of rural municipalities or disadvantaged groups.
The project will focus on rural municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants.
