OBJECTIVE: Education and training in the blue economy

DESCRIPTION: This project will implement innovative solutions for the restoration and recovery of spaces aimed at improving the employability of women and facilitating the creation of jobs linked to the blue economy. In this way, they propose to train women in trades related to the blue economy, training citizens and generating new relationships with the natural environment and new models of territorial development.

3 artisanal salt flats in Andalusia will participate in it (La Esperanza in Puerto Real, Salinas el Alemán de Biomaris in Huelva and San Paulino in Barbate) and the salt flats of Añana in Álava. The detailed contents will be implemented through 5 theoretical-practical courses of 30 hours each aimed at 35 women (15 hours will be theoretical and 15 hours will be practical). Individual and group accompaniment will also be carried out.

AIMED AT: Unemployed people from Álava (Basque Country), and Cádiz and Huelva (Andalusia)
