Empleaverde+ program
Project for the acquisition of labor skills to face the ecological transition in the County of Huelva and the Sierra Morena of Seville; through a profound initiative aimed at improving the training and employability of the unemployed rural population, workers and immigrants; to promote a more diversified economy oriented towards the ecological transition, using the production of renewable energy as the main axis.
The axes of the project are: Production of renewable energy (priority axis); Axis 2. Construction of low-consumption housing; Axis 3. Sustainable Nature Tourism.

2026 Related callThe general objectives of the project are:
- To generate a critical mass of professionals with the capacity to improve the use of renewable energies.
- Promote more environmentally friendly economic activities; through the training of professionals.
- Increase information on people of working age. OBG4To stop the exodus of the young population, offering other alternatives for training and professional development that allow them to anchor themselves in their municipalities.
- Train professionals so that they can develop and contribute to the creation of other types of activities that compensate for the reduction in agricultural activity.
- Generate population groups with training in professional activities not affected by the limitations that natural spaces impose on their municipalities.
- Promote greater diversification through training in key axes of the ecological transition.
- Raise the average level of qualification of people of working age.
- Improve social integration by offering training to immigrants that will make it easier for them to find employment and to do so in the sectors of the future based on sustainability
Three different types of actions will be carried out; as shown in the table below.
