Description
The Provincial Council of Huelva has worked to ensure traceability in the aquaculture sector through the specific software ACUITRACE. This project has been applied with the following collaborating entities: two companies, Naturix and Esteros del Piedras, and in the IFAPA Center “Agua del Pino”.

Ensure traceability in the aquaculture sector through the specific ACUITRACE software.
In the implementation phase of the tool in the 3 companies, a useful procedures manual was prepared for users of the software and a face-to-face training workshop aimed at the responsible technicians.
As part of the activities, it has been possible to disseminate the project in Galicia to present the tool to other companies and research centers, specifically they have met with personnel from Isidro de la Cal’s company, Cetmar and the Regulatory Council of the Galician Mussel.
