The main objective of this project is to reduce the environmental impact, promote the circular economy and facilitate the obtaining of sustainability certifications through the implementation of an advanced computer system. This system will digitise and optimise the management of resources throughout the organisation’s production chain, which in turn will facilitate the management of the supply and production chain, increasing productivity, reducing costs and strengthening the company’s environmental responsibility. The digitization of production data will make it possible to accurately control resources (MMPP and energy) and ensure full traceability of materials. The results: saving 50% or more of raw materials, increasing the use of secondary raw materials by more than 50%, increasing the use of products with eco-design criteria to 100%, improving the environmental footprint by more than 20% and reducing 100% of the waste generated once the product is discarded.
