This initiative consists of the development of management proposals for sustainable hunting in the Pico Basilé National Park and for the development of the rural population settled in its surroundings and who make use of this resource.

The project’s proposals are focused on finding alternatives to hunting and supporting the government’s plans and strategies. All this after training and training of the staff of the Faculty of Environment (FMA) of the National University of Equatorial Guinea (UNGE) in techniques of faunal and socioeconomic studies, research and evaluation of the problem and discussion with all the groups involved.
