The objective of this project is to contribute to the articulation of organic product markets at the local level, with special emphasis on the strengthening of distribution companies.
To promote the development of organic markets, it is necessary to focus on improving the accessibility of products, the generation of new business ideas that develop the sector, the promotion of synergies between all the actors in the organic market and the improvement of the information capacity for consumers.
This initiative develops two main lines of action:
– Increase in the distribution of organic products in conventional shops, especially in consumer and user cooperatives.
– Generation of new lines of business in the organic products market.
The main recipients of the actions of the first axis are professionals in the food production, processing and distribution sector, giving priority to workers of consumer cooperatives. Procurement managers from social enterprises seeking differentiation in their businesses may also participate.
The actions to create new lines of business are aimed at professionals in the sectors mentioned above but with the particularity of being entrepreneurs, professionals who want to reconvert their work activity or expand their business.
