The purpose of this project is to support judicial professionals and scientists from all over the world, in the performance of their activity of environmental protection and promotion of sustainable practices.

The purpose of this project is to support judicial professionals and scientists from all over the world, in the performance of their activity of environmental protection and promotion of sustainable practices.

Within the framework of this project, two actions are being carried out: On the one hand, the creation of a support service for activities related to access to justice for Latin American members of the E-LAW network (World Environmental Law Alliance), of which AJÁ is the office in Spain. This support translates into responses to requests for information, monthly sending of information and materials, monthly updating of the http://www.elaw.org/ portal, translations and exchange of experiences between partners.

The second of the actions is the edition of the publication “Environmental democracy and access to justice. The application of the Aarhus Convention in Spain”.
