Given the economic crisis in the sector and the new business prospects offered by the Sustainable Economy Law and the application of the Technical Building Code on efficient and renewable energy measures, it is intended to incorporate this business model into the professional activity of the sector, providing a differential component and greater added value to the property.
E-Habilita will contribute to generalising the reorientation of the sector, promoting the extension of energy-efficient construction and renovation as a potential market niche, closely linked to the promotion of innovative business initiatives and the emergence of new lines of business in the field of sustainable renovation.
