The main objective of the project is to contribute to the protection and conservation of the environment through the environmental restoration of several points of uncontrolled discharge, and the creation of an ecopark.

It is also intended to raise awareness and sensitize the population about the environmental problems of their municipality and the importance of protecting and conserving the natural heritage, to solve the problems of urban degradation in the SCI (Site of Community Importance).

More specifically, it seeks to reverse the environmental degradation caused by uncontrolled dumping and promote the correct management of waste, through the creation of an ecopark that houses different types of waste.

The actions envisaged in the project are the following:

• Gathering preliminary information on priority action points through consultation of publications, interviews and field visits.
• Environmental restoration of uncontrolled dumping points through cleaning and transfer of waste to controlled areas, covering with topsoil and revegetation.
• Organization of an information and awareness campaign aimed at the local population on the environmental problems of their surroundings and the importance of protecting natural heritage.
