The project seeks to achieve effective training and information for the business fabric of Extremadura in the research, use and management of renewable energies.

In this way, it will be possible to establish the mechanisms for business adaptation to the new regulatory framework and adjustment to the new environmental conditions marked by the effects of climate change. This initiative will develop a series of actions that will have an impact on aspects such as employment, training and environmental protection.

The recipients of the project are preferably managers and workers of SMEs and micro-SMEs in the renewable energy sector and its auxiliary industry present in Extremadura.

Another key target group are self-employed workers who are unemployed or at risk of losing their jobs. The project, through training and information, aims to guide them towards new sources of employment in the environmental sector and more specifically in renewable energies in Extremadura.
