The target audience of the project are self-employed women workers in the hospitality, commerce and services sectors, from Andalusia, Extremadura, Castilla-La Mancha and Madrid, whose training needs are intended to be covered, contributing to greater effectiveness and efficiency of the activities they carry out, to improve the quality of their services and working conditions. complying with current environmental regulations.
It will be carried out based on an initial diagnosis of the environmental situation and the new sources of employment in the areas where the project is being developed, and then the training programme will be activated, favouring the use of new technologies. Finally, the Green Employment environmental itinerary will be followed, consisting of information, advice and monitoring for the creation of companies.
