The project aims to create the first herbarium in Europe dedicated exclusively to housing sheets of plant varieties grown in Spain.
The project aims to create the first herbarium in Europe dedicated exclusively to housing sheets of plant varieties grown in Spain.
The planned actions are:
- Adaptation of the research centre of the Iberian Oro-Iberian Foundation in Noguera de Albarracín (Teruel).
- Harvesting of around 500 horticultural varieties.
- Creation of a database that records species, origin and date of introduction into the market of all the species included.
