This project is aimed at developing and disseminating a model for the management and management of agroforestry farms in semi-arid conditions in the Malcamino Fauna Reserve (SCI/SPA of Las Moreras, Mazarrón, Murcia).

This project is aimed at developing and disseminating a model for the management and management of agroforestry farms in semi-arid conditions in the Malcamino Fauna Reserve (SCI/SPA of Las Moreras, Mazarrón, Murcia).

The project aims to recover the traditional rainfed agricultural landscape by fighting against erosion and maintaining the productivity of the system by restoring areas degraded by recent activities (agricultural ploughing and irrigation) and recovering traditional infrastructures.

The planned actions are as follows:

• Recovery and construction of scree on terraces for the cultivation of almond and olive trees.
• Construction of wildlife refuges.
• Revegetation of the area.
