The work programme includes:

• The preparation of a Master Plan for the design, use and management of the gardens and landscapes of Raixa. It contains the general management and planning criteria to be applied. It must also define the characteristics that allow the public use of this property to be harmonized, while making known the important historical, environmental, educational and cultural value of this space.
• The drafting of a project for the architectural and botanical restoration of the gardens. The restoration includes both the architectural elements and the gardens and agricultural spaces that allow their recovery and enhancement, making room for the uses and services that are proposed in the Master Plan.
