The main objective of the project is to equip workers with tools for managing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and energy.

The main objective of the project is to equip workers with tools for managing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and energy.

The qualifications and skills of these workers will also be increased, which will favour the creation of jobs with an environmental profile in companies, to contribute to meeting the objectives for reducing GHG emissions.

To achieve this objective, the project is structured around the following lines of action:

• Continuous technical assistance in the areas of emissions, climate change, energy, water, waste, etc.
• Development of a self-managed web environment that serves as a meeting point for the recipients.
• Training and awareness of workers in Environmental Management Systems, life cycle analysis, etc.
• Development of specific studies for continuous improvement at work.

The project is aimed at workers of SMEs associated with CEOE-CEPYME, from different sectors, such as metal, construction and tourism.
