The purpose of this project is to contribute to the environmental, economic and social development of small artisanal cheese factories in Andalusia.

The purpose of this project is to contribute to the environmental, economic and social development of small artisanal cheese factories in Andalusia.

Through different activities, the aim is to achieve changes in behaviour that translate into quantifiable environmental results. This, together with training actions, is essential to achieve results that confirm the social and environmental benefit.

The project is aimed at workers related to the agri-environmental sector of artisan cheese factories in Andalusia: operators in the primary sector (farmers and ranchers), workers in SMEs and micro-SMEs, self-employed workers and agricultural workers, technicians from the Development Groups of Andalusia, workers from non-profit associations and workers from different business associations.

The project hopes to establish links between employment policy and environmental policy. For this reason, it focuses its actions on improving the training and awareness of the employed population, promoting a new business culture within the territorial scope of the study, which addresses environmental aspects, and promoting the creation of sustainable companies that take advantage of the environmental potential of the area.
