  • To improve the population’s knowledge of the bearded vulture.

  • To raise awareness among broad social groups in the conservation of biodiversity through bearded vultures.

  2. Compilation of historical information prior to the disappearance of the bearded vulture in the newly recolonized mountain systems.
  3. Compilation of detailed information on observations and settlements in the last decade.
  4. Inventory and monitoring work in potential areas of occupation by the species.
  5. Cartographic update of the so-called critical areas, in new occupied territories in the Pyrenees.
  6. Information process with managers and field staff from the regional and state administrations to report on the evolution, new data and recommendations for the management of the species in this initial phase.

  • Confirmation of the territorial and dispersive trends of the specimens reintroduced in different projects.
