The BC3 Summer School is an annual training programme, organised jointly by BC3 and the University of the Basque Country. Its general objective is to offer high-level specialized training on Climate Change issues and the policies designed to address it.
With the celebration of this 4th edition of the School, a project that began its journey in the summer of 2010 has been consolidated, with a successful trajectory supported by the results obtained in the 3 previous editions.
The School has managed to bring together an average of 70 experts in each call, with 60% of international participants, allowing it to delve into a global approach but from the local reality. This year 2013, the 4th edition of the Summer School will be held, with the challenge of making known in depth the three main areas of the reports of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
