The initiative aims to create and consolidate companies linked to the tourism, leisure and leisure activities sector in economic sectors related to the environment, biodiversity and sustainable development, such as the marine and coastal environment.

This project is aimed at the development of sustainable tourism activities on the coast. Its objectives are:
- Improve the economic environment, in order to contribute to economic empowerment and job creation, through new environmentally sustainable initiatives.
- To highlight new sustainable economic activities, related to tourist activities on the coast.
- To promote the adaptation of the artisanal fishing sector to structural changes and environmental effects, stimulating the development of fishing tourism activities in the context of responsible and sustainable fishing.
- To promote the integration and adaptation of people in the fishing sector, in the management of other coastal activities, making fishermen protagonists in the maintenance of the economic structure and the sustainable development of the coast.
- To promote and encourage access to the labour market in the coastal tourism sector or in activities linked to the dissemination of the culture of fishing.
- To promote and advise on the incorporation of computer and communication technologies, as an instrument of innovation and differentiation in the resulting services.
- To disseminate the main singularities of the natural wealth of the coastal and marine environment of the areas subject to these actions.
- To increase awareness, protection and preservation of the environment.
The recipients of this programme will be, on the one hand, self-employed and/or self-employed workers, who want to reconvert their business activity and orient it to the field of activities linked to sustainable tourism in the marine environment.
Particular attention will be paid to workers from economic sectors that may be in crisis, especially traditional tourism and fisheries. In this way, economic activity will be promoted in sectors that are not currently generating employment.
The project will focus especially on the inclusion of professionals, graduates in Marine Sciences and biologists, among others, with great difficulties in professional insertion. On the other hand, unemployed people who have basic knowledge related to the training to be received and the activity to be carried out may also participate as recipients of their training actions.
Those who show special interest in setting up a business in the green employment sector will be taken into account.
The results that will be achieved with the project are:
- Training of 150 recipients, although the initiative will reach 1,950 workers.
- Start-up of ten new companies and the reconversion of the activities of 30 companies already created.
- Greater protection of the coastal and marine coastline, as a result of the development of sustainable economic activities.
