It also aims to raise awareness of the relationship that this phenomenon has with water, and the consequent need to use it in a rational and responsible way. This initiative is intended to contribute to sustainable development from the rural environment and the agricultural sector, through the implementation of a state communication program.

The actions to be carried out are:

• Implementation of didactic and communicative activities, such as games and competitions.
• Development of promotional products, including a website, and educational materials.
• Dissemination of the communication programme itself.
